A structured, non-residential treatment program that provides more support than weekly therapy but less than inpatient care. Typically offered three to four days per week for three to four hours per day, IOPs are designed for individuals who need frequent therapeutic support while continuing to live at home. Services include group and individual therapy, medication management, family therapy, and skill-building. IOPs allow participants to maintain work or school commitments while receiving treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Treatment may be delivered in person or virtually.
