Intensive short-term community-based residential housing programs which are offered in a group setting for adults who are diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health conditions and other co-occurring conditions (such as intellectual or developmental disabilities, brain injury, substance use disorder, functional impairments),who cannot safely live independently, and are experiencing a mental health crisis. Staff provide 24-hour medical supervision, behavioral health services, and other supportive services specific to the individual’s treatment and recovery plan. The goal is for the individual to transition to a more independent program.
